Privacy policy

1. Data we process

• Account: username, email, hashed password, sign-up date and account activity.
• Verification: short-lived codes sent by email to confirm the inbox.
• License: key, status, HWID and IP when the loader authenticates.
• Discord: identifier, name and avatar if you link the account or sign in as staff.
• Technical: session cookies, IP, date and security logs needed to run the service.
• Orders: email, plan, amount, payment method, order number, delivered key and, for Litecoin, the transaction id. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Analytics: our own page-view counts and, if configured, Google Analytics or Plausible, only if you accept.
• Contact form: name, Discord username, other contact details and message, if you write to us.

Fonts are served from this site (Google Fonts is not loaded).

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Create and keep your account and panel (contract, GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Verify email and prevent abuse (legitimate interest and contract).
• Issue and control licenses (contract and security legitimate interest).
• Handle support via Discord or the contact form (contract or consent).
• Audience analytics, only with consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
• Meet legal duties when they apply (GDPR art. 6.1.c).

3. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists, plus any extra time needed for legal liability. Verification codes expire in minutes. Security logs are limited and rotated.

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. Infrastructure providers may process it (hosting, Stripe for card payments, transactional email for account codes and key delivery, Discord if you link the account, and analytics if you consent). Those processors follow their contracts and, if data leaves the EU, GDPR safeguards.

5. Rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability through Discord or the contact form. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Minors

The service is not aimed at people under 16. If we find a minor’s account, we will delete it.
